Kodak Black Could Face Up To 60 Years In Prison With New Gun Charges

Bad news for Kodak Black, it seems that the Florida rapper cannot catch a break at this point. Miami- Dad State Attorney’s Office just hit Kodak with 2 new gun charges. This comes only two days after being sentenced to 46 months in prison on federal firearm charges. You can read the full story below…..

According to documents obtained by Miami Herald on Friday (Nov. 15), Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office charged Kodak Black with two felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Prosecutors call Kodak a “habitual offender,” and because of that, he faces up to 30 years in prison on each count. It is unknown whether or not the sentences would run concurrently or consecutively.
